Afcons Infrastructure's credit ratings revised to negative by CRISIL Ratings Limited Back

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd has announced a revision of its credit ratings by CRISIL Ratings Limited, impacting several instruments. CRISIL Ratings has revised the outlook on the Company's Long-term Bank Facilities from CRISIL AA-/Stable to CRISIL AA-/Negative, and similarly revised the outlook on the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) from CRISIL AA-/Stable to CRISIL AA-/Negative; the Commercial Paper Programme has been reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+. The rating rationale issued by CRISIL Ratings is available on their website, and this disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 55 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
