U.S. stocks see volatile movemenets as crude oil's price swing Back

US equities concluded the previous session with gains, though sentiment remained guarded given escalating bond yields and fluctuating crude oil prices. The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 0.9%. The technology-centric Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 both increased by 0.5%. West Texas Intermediate crude oil futures rose approximately 1.5% in Asian trading following the rejection of an Iranian proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz by US President Donald Trump, which is weighing on Dow futures.
