Initial public offer of 42,67,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of R.K. Fashion Accessories Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs82 per equity share (including share premium of Rs72 per equity share) ("Offer Price"), out of which fresh issue of 42,67,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs34.99 Crores ("The Offer"), of which 2,14,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at an offer price of Rs82 per equity share, aggregating to Rs1.76 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e., offer of 40,52,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at an offer price of Rs82 per equity share aggregating to Rs33.23 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.50% and 26.11%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs82 per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 8.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
