Initial public offer of 64,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Metalic Technoforge Limited ("the Company" or "Metalic" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs77 per equity share including a share premium of Rs67 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs49.96 Crores ("the Issue"), of which 3,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs77 per equity share including a share premium of Rs67 per equity share aggregating to Rs2.53 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Net issue of 61,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs77 per equity share including a share premium of Rs67 per equity share aggregating to Rs47.43 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.05% and 25.68% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs77 per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 7.7 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3200 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
