Initial public offer of 43,70,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Acetech E-Commerce Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs112 per equity share for cash aggregating up to Rs48.95 Crores. The offer includes a reservation of 2,19,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an offer price of Rs112 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs2.46 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of up to 41,50,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an offer price of Rs112 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs46.49 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer".
