Initial public offering of 14,570,760 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each ("Equity Shares") of All Time Plastics Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs275/- per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs273/- per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs400.60 crores ( "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of 10,185,198 equity shares of face value Rs2/- each by the company aggregating to
Rs280.00 crores ( "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 4,385,562 equity shares aggregating to Rs120.60 crores, by the selling shareholders (As Defined Hereinafter) ("Offer for Sale"). This offer includes a reservation of 35,750 equity shares of face value Rs2/- each (Constituting 0.05% of the post-Offer Paid-up Equity Share Capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer would constitute 22.24% and 22.19%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. The company in consultation with the brlms, offered a discount of 9.45% (Equivalent to Rs26/- per Equity Share) to the offer price to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount").
