Public issue of up to 34,82,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Antala Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs63-67 per equity ( The "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs21.94-23.33 Crores ("the Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 34,82,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs21.94-23.33 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") of which upto 1,76,000 shares aggregating to Rs1.11-1.18 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ( the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of upto 33,06,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs20.83-22.15 Crores (the"Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.64% and 27.19% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs63/- to Rs67/- per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 6.30 times of the face value and the cap price is 6.70 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
