Initial public offering of 18,74,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Ajwa Projects Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs203 per equity share including a share premium of Rs193 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating Rsup to 38.05 Crores ("The Offer"). The offer comprises fresh issue of 15,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs30.45 Crores ("Fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 3,74,400 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders aggregating Rs7.60 Crores comprising 1,87,200 equity shares by Mohammad Khurshid Alam Kahn aggregating Rs3.80 Crores and 1,87,200 equity shares by Zarinabegum Khurshid Alam Khan aggregating Rs3.80 Crores (collectively the "Promoter Selling Shareholder") ("offer for sale together with the fresh issue, the "Offer"). Of which 94,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs203 per equity share including a share premium of Rs193 per equity share aggregating Rs1.92 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of 17,79,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs203 per equity share including a share premium of Rs193 per equity share aggregating Rs36.13 Crores (the "Net Offer"). The offer and the net offer will constitute 34.08% and 32.36%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Fixed Issue at Rs203/- per equity share of face value of 10.00 each.
The issue price is 20.30 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2 lots of 600 equity shares each, aggregating to 1,200 equity shares, and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
