Initial public offer of upto 28,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Oneindig Technologies Limited ("Oneindig" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs91-96 per equity share including a share premium of Rs81-86 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs26.21-27.65 Crores ("the Issue") of which upto 1,44,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs1.31-1.38 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of [*] equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] crores (the "net issue").
