Initial public offering of up to 57,91,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 47,91,200 equity shares of face value Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs[*] crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and offer for sale of up to 10,00,000 equity shares (the "Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores comprising offer for sale of 5,45,600 equity shares by Deven Mahendrakumar shah aggregating to Rs[*] crores and upto 4,54,400 equity shares by Rhetan Estate Private Limited aggregating to Rs[*] crores (collectively "Selling Shareholders", and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholders, the "Offered Shares") (such offer for sale by selling shareholders, the "Offer for Sale" and together with the fresh issue, "the Offer").
The offer includes up to 4,17,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at an offer price of Rs[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer and net offer will constitute 27.00 % and 25.05% respectively of the post-issue paid up capital of the company .

The floor price is 27.1 times of the face value and the cap price is 28.6 times of the face value.
Bids can be made for the minimum of 800 equity shares and in multiples of 400 equity shares thereafter.
