Initial public offer of upto 26,20,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Solvex Edibles Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs72.00/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs62.00/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs18.87 crores ("the Issue") of which upto 1,31,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs72.00/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs62.00/- per equity share aggregating to Rs0.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e net issue of 24,89,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs72.00/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs62.00/- per equity share aggregating to Rs1,7.93 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute upto 29.28% and 27.81% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 7.20 times times the face value and cap price of the face value of the equity shares.
