Initial public offering of 11,22,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Liotech Industries Limited ("Liotech" or the "Company") for cash at a price Rs321 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs311 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs36.02 Crores, the offer comprises fresh issue of up to 9,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs28.89 Crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of Rs2,22,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder aggregating Rs7.13 Crores (the "Selling Shareholder") (the "Offer for Sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer"). out of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for a cash price of Rs321 per equity share, aggregating to
