Initial public issue of 49,07,200* equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Owais Metal and Mineral Processing Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs87.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs77.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs42.69 crores ("The Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 3,44,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs2.99 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 45,63,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs39.70 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.99 % and 25.10 % respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of equity shares is Rs10.00 each and the issue price is 8.7 times of the face value.
Bid was made for minimum of 1,600 equity shares and the multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
