Initial public offering of up to 465,700,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs21-Rs23per equity share including a premium of Rs11-Rs13 per equity share (the "Offer Price") through an offer for sale (the "Offer") of up to 465,700,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs977.97-1071.11 crores by Coal India Limited (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder" or "Selling Shareholder" and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholder, the "Offered Shares").
The offer includes a reservation of up to 23,285,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, aggregating up to Rs48.90-Rs53.56 crores (Constituting up to 0.50% of the post-offer paid-up equity share Capital) for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion") and a reservation of up to 46,570,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs97.80-Rs107.11 crores (Constituting up to 1.00% of the post-offer paid-up Equity Share Capital) for subscription by eligible shareholders ("Shareholder Reservation Poriton"). The offer less the employee reservation portion and the shareholder reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer shall constitute [*]% and [*]%, Respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The company may in consultation with the brlms, offer a discount of up to 5.00% on the offer price to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount").
Price Band: Rs21 to Rs23 per equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 2.10 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 2.30 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each and in multiples of 600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each thereafter.
A discount of Rs1 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
