Initial public issue of up to 77,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each of vaibhav vyapaar limited ("VVL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs54 per equity share including a share premium of Rs49 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs42.10 Crores ("The Issue"), of which 3,90,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each for cash at a price of Rs54 per equity share including a share premium of Rs49 per equity share aggregating to Rs2.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 74,06,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each at a price of Rs54 per equity share including a share premium of Rs49 per equity share aggregating to Rs39.99 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.66% and 26.28%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs54.00 per equity share of face value of Rs5.00/- each.
The floor price is 10.80 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum size of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
