Issue of 2,330 Celestia Units for cash at a price of Rs10,50,000 per Celestia Unit aggregating to Rs244.65 Crores by PropShare Celestia (the "Issue") in accordance with regulation 26R of the securities and exchange board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended (the "Reit Regulations"). The issue constitutes 100% of the issued and paid-up units on a post-issue basis.
