Initial public issue of up to 51,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each of Fly-Hi Maritime Travels Limited for cash at an issue price of Rs102/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs97/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs52.63 Crores comprising of fresh issue of up to 41,60,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs42.44 Crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 9,99,600 equity shares by Jitendra Kumar Negi ("Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs10.20 Crores ("Offer For Sale") ("The Issue") and up to 2,64,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs102 per share aggregating to Rs2.69 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of up to 48,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each at an issue price of Rs102 per equity share aggregating to Rs49.94 Crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 36.39% and 34.53%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The issue price is 20.40 times the face value of equity shares.
