Initial public issue of upto 26,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Harikanta Overseas Limited ("HOL" or the "Company" or the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs91-Rs96 per equity share including a share premium of Rs81-Rs86 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs24.30-Rs25.63 ("the Issue"), of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs1,34,400 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Net issue of 25,35,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs91-Rs96 per equity share aggregating to Rs23.07-Rs24.34 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.06% and 25.70% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs91/- to Rs96/- per equity share of face value Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 9.1 times of the face value and the cap price is 9.6 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2400 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
