Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs93 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs88 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to 367.18 Crores comprising a fresh issue of up to 29,482,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5 each aggregating up to Rs274.18 Crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 10,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5 each aggregating to up to Rs93 Crores ("Offered Shares") by by Kantilal Kheemraj Jain and Manoj Kantilal Jain ("the promoter selling shareholders) ("Offer For Sale", and together with the fresh issue, the offer").

The floor price and the cap price are 17.6 times and 18.6 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
