Initial public issue of up to 19,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Accretion Nutraveda Limited ("Accretion" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*]/- per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the issue"), of which 96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] /- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 18,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute up to 26.52 % and 25.19 %, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs122/- to Rs129/- for equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 12.20 times times the face value and cap price is 12.90 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
