Initial public offer of upto 43,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Adisoft Technologies
Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs172 per equity share (including share premium of Rs162 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs74.10 Crores ("Public Issue") out of which 2,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs172 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs3.72 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 40,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an issue price of Rs172 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs70.38 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.40% and 25.08% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price (Rs172) is 17.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.
