Initial public offer of 52,34,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Utkal Speciality Industries India Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") of which fresh issue of 52,34,000 equity shares for cash at a price of Rs66 per equity share, Including Share Premium of Rs56 Per Equity Share) ("Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs34.54 Crore ("The Offer"), of which 2,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at an offer price of Rs66 per equity share, aggregating to Rs1.74 Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e., Offer of 49,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at an offer price of Rs66 per equity, aggregating to Rs32.80 Crore is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.79% and 25.44%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs66 per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 6.6 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
