Initial public offer of up to 40,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs30 per equity share ( Including a Share Premium of Rs20/- per equity share ) ( "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs12.28 crores ("The Offer") Comprising a fresh issue of up to 40,92,000 equity shares of face value Rs10 each aggregating up to Rs12.28 Crores by the company ( The " Fresh Issue " ) 2,08,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs0.62 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ( " Marker Maker Reservation Portion " ). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 38,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at an issue price of Rs30/- per equity share aggregating to Rs11.65 crores is hereinafter referred to as the " Net Issue ".
