Initial public offer up to 3,84,84,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each ("Equity Shares") of Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs23 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs22 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs88.51 Crores ("the Issue"), comprising of a fresh issue of up to 3,46,08,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs79.60 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 38,76,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder, Prabhav Narasimha Rao ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs8.91 Crores, (Hereinafter Refferd as "Promoter Selling Shareholder") out of which 19,26,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs23 per equity share, aggregating to Rs4.43 Crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 3,65,58,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for cash at a price of Rs23 per equity share, aggregating to Rs84.08 Crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.14% and 25.78% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs21/- to Rs23/- per equity share of face value of Rs1 each.
The floor price is 21 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 23 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 12,000 equity shares and in multiples of 6,000 equity shares thereafter.
