Initial public offer of up to 30,01,600 equity shares of face value of
Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Akiko Global Services Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs77 per equity share aggregating up to Rs23.11 crores of which up to 1,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for aggregating to Rs1.16 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 28,51,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs77 per equity share aggregating to Rs21.95 is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
