Initial public offering of up to 62,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of SRM Contractors Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs210 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs200 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs130.20 crores ("The Issue").
