Initial public issue consisting of fresh issue of 59,62,000 equity shares^ of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Chatha Foods Limited (the
"Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs56 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs46 per equity share) aggregating to
Rs33.39 crores^ (the "Issue"), of which 3,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 56,62,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs56 per equity share including a share premium of Rs46 per equity share aggregating to Rs31.71 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50 % and 25.17 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price is Rs56 each.
