Initial public issue of 6,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs70 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), (including a premium of Rs60 per equity share), aggregating
Rs4.76 crores ("The Issue"), of which 36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- for cash at a price of Rs70 each aggregating Rs0.25 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 6,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs70 per equity share, aggregating to Rs4.51 crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.95% and 25.52% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
