Initial public offer of 36,89,000 equity shares of face value of
Rs10/- each of Apollo Techno Industries Limited ("ATIL" or
the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs123-Rs130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs113-Rs120/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs45.37-Rs47.96 crores ("the Issue"), of which 185000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs123-Rs130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs113-Rs120/- per equity share aggregating to Rs2.28-Rs2.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 3504000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs123-Rs130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs113-Rs120/- per equity share aggregating to Rs43.1-Rs45.55 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue constituted 26.95% and 25.60%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each.
The floor price is cap price Rs13.0 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
