Initial public offering of up to 1,70,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of BLS Polymers Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs142-150 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs132-140 per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs241.4-255 Crores ("Issue").
