Initial public offering of 33,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs179 per equity share (including a premium of Rs169 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs59.97 Crores ("The Issue"). The issue constituted 27.76% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The issue included a reservation of 3,29,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs5.90 Crores (constituting 2.73% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.76% and 25.03% respectively, of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs179/- per equity share of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price 17.90 times the face value of the equity shares.
