Initial public offer of upto 65,70,000 equity shares of face value of
Rs10/- each (the "equity shares") of Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited ("the
company" or "Virtual Galaxy" or "VGIL" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the issue"), of which upto 3,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
