The offer constitutes 15.41* % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The offer included a reservation of 337,078* equity shares aggregating to
Rs6.00* crores (constituting 0.17%* of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital), for subscription by eligible employees (The "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as "Net Offer". The offer and net offer constitutes 15.41%* and 15.24%*, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The company in consultation with the brlms, offered a discount of
Rs19 of the issue price to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount").

The face value of equity shares is Re. 1 each. The offer price is 197 times the face value of the equity shares.
