Initial public offering of up to 20,923,520 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each of Paras Healthcare Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs693 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs692 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs1450 Crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 7,215,007 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs500.00 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 13,708,513 equity shares of face value of Rs1 each ("Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs950 Crores comprising up to 4,329,004 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs300 Crores by Dharminder Kumar Nagar (the "Promoter Selling Shareholder") and up to 9,379,509 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating up to Rs650 Crores by Commelina Ltd (the "Investor Selling Shareholder", and together with the promoter selling shareholder, the "Selling Shareholders") (such offer for sale of equity shares of face value of
